Children are our most precious resource.  Believing that today's children need a safe place to talk about violence and abuse, SafeHouse has joined  with Seminole County Public Schools to present comprehensive programs to Elementary, Middle and High School Students.

We are proud to offer our innovative early-intervention H.E.A.L (Helping End Abusive Living) program to elementary ages students! Our goal is to increase student awareness about domestic violence. We give students the language to discuss abuse and provide a safe environment to talk about their feelings. Students also learn important skills for effective, non-violent communication and conflict resolution.  We inform students about safety resources and help them prepare their personalized safety plans.

Our Middle and High School Programs focus on teen dating violence. At the middle school level attention is given to conflict resolution and problem solving skills as they relate to violence. High school students are presented with in-depth teen dating violence information. Such as warning signs of an abusive personality and safety planning.
