Case Management

Our case managers work one-on-one with survivors to identify needs, set goals, and create personalized plans for safety and stability. They assist with resources, referrals, safety planning, and ongoing support to help survivors more forward with confidence.

Court Advocacy 

Court advocates provide guidance and support throughout the legal process. They help survivors understand court procedures, accompany them to hearings, and connect them to legal services to ensure their rights and safety are prioritized.

Intimate Violence Enhanced Services Team (InVEST)

The InVEST Team provides services to those facing potential life-threatening violence. InVEST was created to offer victims of domestic violence in situations with a high risk for death or serious physical injury with intense service management and advocacy.

This team consists of community agencies, including the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, State Attorney’s Office, and SafeHouse.

CPI Project

Our Child Protective Investigation (CPI) Program supports survivors involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) due to domestic violence. Advocates help survivors understand their case plans, communicate effectively with DCF, and ensure safety concerns related to domestic violence are appropriately addressed.

Injunction for Protection (IFP) Program

Our IFP attorneys assist survivors seeking protective orders. The IFP Program can assist with paperwork, explain the court process and offer support before, during and after the injunction hearing.
